- Prohibited Actions: IP grabbing, DDoS attacks, hosting malware, or
distributing harmful software is strictly forbidden.
- Legal Action: Violators may face legal consequences, and their account
will be permanently terminated without refund.
3. Privacy and Data Handling
- User Responsibility: Users are responsible for securing their login
credentials and ensuring the safe storage of their data. IceByte Hosting is
not liable for any unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
- Data Retention: We store user data as necessary to provide services and
comply with legal obligations. Users can request the deletion of their data by contacting support.
4. Billing and Payments
- Payment Terms: All services are prepaid. Non-payment of invoices
by the due date may result in service suspension.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are issued only for unused services within
7 days of purchase. Custom or dedicated services are non-refundable.
5. Service Modifications
IceByte Hosting reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue
services with prior notice to users. Significant changes will be communicated
via email or dashboard notifications.
6. Service Termination
Users can terminate their service anytime via the dashboard or
by contacting support. IceByte Hosting may also terminate services for breaches
of these terms or other violations.
7. Limitation of Liability
IceByte Hosting is not responsible for damages, data loss, or disruptions
caused by events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, network outages,
or third-party software issues).
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes must first be addressed via a support ticket. If unresolved,
disputes will be governed by the laws of America.
